Delete your data
You can delete your Split It! account and all its data at any time.
In the game
Open Split It!, go to Settings, tap Delete account and confirm. Everything is deleted straight away; then the game closes (on iPhone you close it yourself, from the app switcher), and next time it starts afresh.
Don't have the game anymore? Email ebano.andrea.games@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your friend code, for example "BlueFox42#12345" (the game shows it under Friends, and it's in the friend invites you shared). We delete your account and its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your Unity player account: your name and friend code, and the link to your Google Play Games profile.
- Your scores on the leaderboards.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocked players. You disappear from your friends' lists too.
- Your progress saved online.
- The key to your anonymous online-play account (Epic Online Services), so that account can no longer be used or traced back to you.
- Everything the game keeps on your phone: progress, settings and names.
- Any report you sent us, or that was sent about you, if you ask by email.
What stays
- Your Google Play Games profile, which belongs to Google: you manage it in the Google Play Games app.
Deleted data can't be recovered: friends you had will need to add you again. Details are in our privacy policy.
